Draft — pending legal review
Terms of Service
This draft is not legal advice or an approved legal document. Bracketed details need confirmation by counsel before publication. Effective date: [Effective date].
Operator and pilot access
KASI ATHLETE AI™ is operated by [Company legal name], at [Registered address]. Access is by invitation only. The pilot is not public athlete registration, and features may change during testing. Eligibility, pilot duration, availability and any fees: [Pilot participation terms].
Acceptable use
Protect your account, provide information honestly and use only content you have permission to upload. Do not impersonate others, misuse personal information, upload unlawful or abusive content, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. Detailed acceptable-use rules and reporting process: [Acceptable use policy].
Your content and permissions
Athletes retain ownership of their own content, subject to third-party rights. Operating the service requires permission to store, display and process submitted content and media, including processing for AI features you request. The scope, duration, territory, sublicensing, withdrawal and end-of-account effects of that permission must be set out in [KASI operating licence terms]. This draft does not grant a separate endorsement or advertising licence.
AI is advisory
AI suggestions, drafts, images and explanations can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review facts, rights, claims and context before using an output. The athlete decides whether to use a draft; staff review is required where the assigned workflow calls for it. AI review does not replace responsible human judgement.
AI never publishes or contacts sponsors on its own. Approving content is not the same as publishing it.
No promised commercial outcome
Readiness assessments are diagnostics, not athlete valuations or guarantees. The service does not guarantee sponsorship, audience growth, income or sporting success. Any separate commercial arrangement requires [Separate agreement terms].
Suspension and termination
Access can be suspended or ended under [Suspension and termination grounds]. Notice, review or appeal rights, content export, retained records and licence effects are subject to [Suspension and termination procedure].
Liability and disputes
[Liability provisions, exclusions, limitations and mandatory consumer protections — counsel to draft]. Governing law: [Governing law]. Dispute process and jurisdiction: [Dispute resolution and jurisdiction].
Changes and contact
Updates will be handled through [Terms change and acceptance procedure]. Questions or service concerns: [Service contact email], [Company legal name], [Registered address].
