Draft — pending legal review

AI Disclosure

This draft is not legal advice or an approved legal document. Bracketed details need confirmation by counsel before publication. Effective date: [Effective date].

Where AI is used

AI supports the KASI assistant, strategy recommendations, content drafts, creative images, content-quality feedback, audience-growth suggestions and performance-learning explanations. It runs when you explicitly request the relevant AI action, not as automatic publishing.

Approved feature scope and any feature-specific restrictions: [AI feature and usage policy].

Provider and information processing

Relevant athlete and content information is processed by OpenAI through KASI's servers. Provider terms, data retention, training settings, processing regions and transfer safeguards: [Provider processing agreement and settings]. Responsible operator: [Company legal name].

Outputs can be wrong

AI may invent facts, misunderstand context, reflect bias or suggest material that is inappropriate or infringes rights. Verify names, claims, statistics, dates, permissions and suitability before use. Suggestions are not legal, financial or sponsorship advice.

Scores and learning are diagnostics

Digital Readiness scores are diagnostic indicators, not athlete valuations, promises or guarantees of sponsorship or growth. Content-quality scores concern the content, not the athlete's worth. Performance patterns describe associations in recorded data; they do not prove a cause or guarantee a future result.

Human decisions and approval

The athlete must review AI output and decide whether to use it. Staff approval is required when the assigned workflow requires human review; eligible self-approval still requires the current content review to be ready. AI cannot approve blocked content or substitute for required human approval.

AI never publishes content or contacts sponsors on its own. Approval is separate from publishing, and a person remains responsible for the final decision.

Generated and altered images

AI-generated images are labelled as generated creative in the app. Athlete likeness references must come from the athlete's own uploaded reference images. Images may contain inaccurate details and require review before use.

Images altered with AI must be identified as AI-altered rather than presented as untouched photographs. Exact alteration labels, placement, exported-image disclosures, likeness consent and platform-specific obligations: [Generated and altered media labelling policy]. This draft does not add an image-alteration feature or an export watermark.

Questions and changes

Report a concern or ask about AI processing at [AI or data protection contact email]. Consent withdrawal effects, available alternatives and update notifications: [AI consent and disclosure change procedure].
